Desktop configuration designed to look like L's transmition screen in death note, if ya want it here's what you do in windows vista (this method can no doubt be a adapted to other OS's.
1) Download the wallpaper, set it as your background.
2) Right click your task bar, click properties and turn on auto hide the task bar. Now the task bar won't be visible untill you scroll over it or click your start menu button. Lastly put all of your desk top icons into one folder. (If it can't be moved, like My computer and recycle bin, change their "show on desktop" settings in the icons menu).
3) Now right click the folder and go to properties, and set the folder as hidden.
4) If you need to get to the folder, you can download a program called Folder Jockey which can easily be set to open it with a hotkey.
